I say this is personification because if you think about it, you can actually go out with siblings but in Tupac times, you couldn’t because it was all about racism. Therefore, in our times now in days, it's the same in our days because recently conflicts have been of racism which I see it wrong. The reason I see it wrong is because all people are the same and we should love each other not caring about skin color.

    This literary device connects back to the theme because it connects on how something can take power over us so quickly. This is a simile because Polo G is comparing how demons wants to take control over him just like the drugs did.
