      <description>Retired from the US Air Force, Major Morrow served from 1987 to 2007 and earned 21 medals, 15 of which are personal decorations. Major Morrow received three Air Force Meritorious Service Medals after fulfilling roles as a Chief of Police, Deputy Branch Chief and Inspector General Command Security Forces Inspector.

Major Morrow’s military service followed him through significant events, including the end of the Cold War and the Global War on Terrorism. Undertaking multiple deployments, contingencies, and combat tours, he ultimately gained responsibilities as Joint Service Headquarters Staff Officer and unit command.

Outside of the military, he worked as an engineer for the California Department of Transportation and undertook bridge design and construction projects,

Major Morrow is a wounded warrior disabled veteran who has long been active with organizations such as the Disabled American Veterans and Veterans of Foreign Wars. Working in volunteer capacities, he sponsored the 2017 and 2018 National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic. This program offers diverse cold-weather activities such as adaptive sled hockey, skiing, and snowshoeing.</description>

Now that he is retired, he enjoys participating in outdoor sports such as skiing. Major Morrow is the first amputee adaptive ski biker to take the Poma lift at Snowmass up to the Cirque to 12,510 feet and skibike down as well as the first amputee adaptive skibiker to get up to the top of Longshot run, the 3rd longest ski run in North America and skibike down its 5.3 miles.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
