Level 3;Q 1
Yes gravity plays an important role in pressure.
Take an example of atmospheric pressure
The atmospheric pressure and gravity are very closely related. The force of gravity is acting on mass of gas particles in the atmosphere and pressing towards Earth’s centre. Gravity is a binding, pull force. It is this force that is responsible for increasing pressure, temperature, density and then fusing hydrogen atoms in the belly of stars. So atmospheric pressure is due to gravity. Our weight is also due to gravity and always pressing downwards. Water pressure in oceans, rock pressure under ground in Earth are all due to gravity.

level 3
ans 1) yes, gravity does play an important role in pressure as the force applied is because of gravity. for example because of gravity we can jump in the air and land on the ground with more pressure than usual.

ans 2) The pressure of any object is decreased by five- sixth. If a object weighs 30 kilos on earth then it may weight only 5 kilos on the moon.

ans 3) examples of increasing pressure :
               1. when we want a ball to travel a longer distance we have to kick it with high pressure.
               2. when we want to punch someone we have to kick it with high pressure.
Examples of decreasing pressure :
1)when we lie down our pressure is reduced as the area is increased
2)the tires of heavy trucks are mostly broad so they don't damage the road because of the increased pressure.
