Glow: I really enjoyed the flow of our visual presentation and the visual pictures you included to emphasize your key arguments. For example your numbering of key points helps navigate your presentation very well.
Grow: The Screencast-o- matic layout could have been better positioned so that the side bar was not included in the video presentation.

Glow: Your presentation was very well organized. Your voice was very clear throughout the entire presentation with almost no mistakes.
Grow: Using graphs to show your survey results can help the reader better understand what your data looked like. I believe some of your slides had too many pictures. Choosing the best pictures would have been more appealing.

Glow: I like how you used the graphs from Microsoft Forms to show explain the results you saw from your questions. The questions helped navigate the ideas of your presentation.
Grow: Your presentation was fairly short. Explaining your ideas more and talking more about personal examples would help solidify your argument and help the viewer learn more about the topics discussed.

Glow: I like how you drew the whole presentation and made your own images to explain your arguments. For example the drawing of the world and the drawing of the digestive system.
Grow: Sometimes the font was small and hard to read. I would recommend trying to focus on the writing so that the viewer can easily read and understand the ideas you are trying to present.

For example, the way that you used the flashcard visual to go through some of your key arguments about innovation.
Grow: More graphs and charts from Microsoft Forms could help the viewers of your presentation better understand the data and how it relates to your arguments throughout your presentation.

Glow: I like how you described your journey in learning about what a innovator is and how your idea of an innovator changed throughout the class. I also liked your use of life experiences.
Grow: You could have used some more graphs and charts in your presentation of the survey responses to help people visualize the results you received from your survey.

You also sound very prepared and organized throughout the presentation.
Grow: You could have done more with the text to make it more appealing. For example, the story about doing math with colored pencils and the story of you being a volleyball player.
Grow: A large portion of the video was about your survey. I think you should have summarized the conclusions of your survey and explained how they related to your main arguments.
