A prime example of this is Chinese British food. Chinese food is easily accessible as it is ordered as take out usually featuring a variety of selections adapted for English customers' wants and needs. Guardian states “London, many Britons preferred dishes adapted to their tastes: crispy duck, sweet and sour pork and egg fried rice. Chinese food has never been from a singular place as “Chinese food” is a collection of different regions, such as Sichuan, Cantonese, Hunan, and many others, that have their unique ingredients and cooking techniques.Chinese foods
still uses the same deep rooted ingredients that have been used for dynasties. Furthermore Chinese traditional food as we understand it today is not traditional at all as it has been adapted through dynasties. For example chinese food adapted to being cooked to prevent further sicknesses, in the neolithic period of china to shang dynasty rice and grain was introduced into chinese food as there was an abundance of it (Stated by travelchinaguide). Chinese foods will never change due to all its food consisting of its cultural philosophy (Yin and yang) this indicates that all chinese food must follow the cultural cuisine concept, the five flavors (sour,sweet,bitter,spicy and salty) this is creates a food harmony and the basis of chinese traditional food which will never be changed.

This is able to happen as theirs are hubs globally for chinese customs to survive, these hubs are china towns which are spread out globally with “over 35 china towns spread over asia,europe and USA”(chinatownology). China town consists of temples, customary clothing stores,Chinese specific grocery stores  and Chinese traditional entertainment. China town provides a safe space for Chinese customs to concur with no outside influence as no matter where you go globally they all are the same and allow for traditional customs done in a safe haven.
