I live in Puerto Asís Putumayo, I live with my partner, in small apartment, it has a room, bathroom and kitchen, located in the urban zone of the municipality, near of my house live my mother, my brothers andnephews, the neighborhood where I live is called Sinai, there is a park and three stores too.

During the week I wake up at 4 o´clock in the morning, I have breakfast at 5 o´clock, I drink a cup of coffee with milk, chopped fruit, I walk to work which is close, I usually have lunch at 2:30 p.m., I have rice rib broth and mango juice for lunch, I go just after finish my shift at 2 o´clock, I rest for a while and order the house, I eat dinner at 7:30 p.m., thenI eat dinner, oats, meat and potato salad, I take a shower before going to bed at 9:30 at night, I work on weekends in the morning and finallyin the afternoon I go for a walk with my partner and nephew, I usually go 3 days a week.
