Being a point of contact for our own schools and between our schools.
Having a transitional relationship between years etc.
Sharing information, questions and challenges.  Giving the spark of an idea.  Sharing what hasn't gone well to find answers etc. 
Having a shared curriculum and progressions including assessment.  (Apples and apples)
Including building best practice.
Using the time, energy and mindset to inquire deeply, commit to the research, doing the ground work to support others.
Having a cycle of inquiry into our own and encouraging others to reflect on own practice.
Remain connected throughout the term.  So that questions and challenges are addressed earlier.
Kahui Ako days?  How will that be run and what is our input into that.
Role clarity and collaborating with other WSL who are working towards the same achievement challenge - Website with information to access and find those connective people in order to have conversations
