         <description><![CDATA[<div>Can be harvested 15-17 weeks.<br><br>Smoke them then pressure cook them for 20 min. It's to die for!<br><br>The Canadian geese are Between California and South Carolina in the southern United States and northern Mexico, Canadian geese are primarily present as migrants from further north during the winter.<br><br>Canada geese are all red meat and that meat is more like lean roast beef than anything else. Keep the meat moist during cooking, and take advantage of the superb fat that lies just under the skin (not marbled within the meat). Too much heat or overcooking will dry out the goose and turn it into shoe leather. If you accidentally find you have done this, the meat can still be salvaged by smoking or slow-cooking it for a very long time.</div>]]></description>
