I see a lot of men working on a building site, using different machines, one of them, a crane to collect earth and three electricity machines. It seems like they are building a road. I see that the city is destroyed. The builders are working hard, to soluce the problem to improve the situation.

I propose that company bosses give builders more patience this way the constructions would turn out better and we would all be happier.
