The major conflict is that there are these kids trapped in a deadly maze because an organization named W.I.C.K.E.D needs to use them to find a “cure” of a disease called The Flare, and the kids are trying to find their way out. Of course with casualties... I’m on the kids’ side because it’s wrong to kill kids.

Also, Sharon Draper uses echo in the beginning of the book and at the end of the book. Sharon Draper is now one of my favorite Authors of all time!
