This wall will include different ways in which individuals can make more money such as side-hustle like marketing through social media, investing in stocks, mutual funds, starting an online business, real estate, etcetera.

Audience will become aware of the types of funds, how real estate works, how does affiliate marketing work.

In this video, the man talks about the different factors to consider while investing in a property such as location, downpayment, legal fees, insurance and taxes. He also introduces to a real estate website called deal-check where one can record all the expenses and profits. He talks about the questions that a mortgage agent would ask a buyer like credit score, income, source of downpayment. He gives the idea of house hacking where one can give the extra rooms in the house for rent and live free of cost themselves and earn extra money.

I choose this video because it introduced us to the basic things to know about in real estate and how to make money out of it.

This video is basically for beginners. It explains in depth the things that need to be kept in mind while investing in stocks. It needs a well build plan. This video tells about the tax-free accounts like TFSA, RRSP. it also suggests to not limit one's investment to one country. Moreover, it explains the most common mistake that people do i.e. not see whether the stocks are Canadian or Us.

I chose this video because it is a guide for a beginner to understand the diversity of stocks in the market. Utilization of index funds is the best possible way to invest in stocks

From being clear about the field of interest (most of the times your hobbies) and using that to make more money. It requires less time and no schedule to do this. All an individual needs to do is, choose a platform for blogging, find a web hosting provider and select an appropriate domain name. At the end of this website there is a FAQS section which can clear all the doubts of a beginner.

I chose this website because it explains the steps in detail and the name of the websites that are best to use. This is a beginners guide

In this website, there is a good explanation on how bonds can help you make money. There are examples to make people understand. It also talk about risks of having bonds at low credit ratings. Less credit rating increases the chances of issuer being default. It informs about secondary bond market where the buyer can sell their bonds when the market is high. The more the time period of the bond, higher is the risk. Moreover, there are sub links in the website on the topics.

I chose this topic because this is a nice explanation for a beginners. The one piece of information that is interesting is that even though the face value is fixed, the prices of the bonds can change.

This video encourages youth to sell the used and unwanted stuff that is in good condition online. For selling electronic stuff, the guy has mentioned two of the best websites: Mercari and Deculttr. He also mentioned the way these apps work. Facebook marketplace is the most used website.

I chose this video because these days people are obsessed with getting new items but at one point it is too much, and they want to get rid of it. Selling online is a win-win situation for the buyers and the seller and one can make money from the unwanted items.

This website explains the meaning of digital marketing. It also sheds light on the types, the required skills and the careers one can make out of it. It gives a brief information on each topic and common examples for easy understanding. It talks about how email marketing can be used during holiday season. The Search Engine Optimization is the ranking on Google. It requires right keywords, quality and easy language.

I chose this website because social media is vastly being used by today’s generation and hence can also be used to make money just by posting a link. The more clicks on the link, more will be the profit.

In this video, the guy talks about what should people fear while stepping into freelancing. Freelancers make better money than a 9-5 job. He talks about how to do it professionally and making clients believe that you are the best. He also suggests to find international clients. He tells about the starts and stops in freelancing like asking upfront payment, charge more. At last, he also gives his own examples on how he used some of the names to become demanding.

The best advice that made me choose this specific video was to always try working in US money. Same amount of time, energy and work but more money.

This article sheds light on various ways of writing content in order to make good money. There are apps that pay according to the number of words that a person writes. Some pay around $100 for 500 words. There are some websites that frequently make changes to their articles and pay hefty amount for good writing.

The reason why I chose this website is because it mentions about the app called text broker. This is what I use for my articles. It gives out two payrolls for around $200. The minimum requirement on this app is 2 articles per week.

Honestly, there was nothing that I was unfamiliar with but some of the websites and videos that I have included or seen while searching the topic, the figures that people make from these side businesses or extra mode of earning are very astonishing. People invest so much time and money in college but there are some individuals who use their skill to make a living.

This topic is relevant to me because I use two of the above mentioned methods to make some extra money for myself. I started using text-broker few months ago and it pays me decent amount of income. I love drawing, and use Etsy to sell this. My way of advertising my art is social media.

I would really suggest my mother to start a food blog where she can show how she makes such delicious food. This can be her source of income, doing her regular chores. It will be successful according to me as many students use YouTube while cooking food.
