Is there any appetite to introduce deposit-payback bottle machines? Revenue and litter collection in one.

Parkrun models - 'prosocial models of using space'

Build on ownership (but also conflict) of shared public space
Parks as Infrastructure - how to build the movement (London National Park Park City)
Could we mirror the NHS's 'rainbows in the windows'
What do we do about changes in jobs (unemployment, city center changes, + park managers)
Recovery Planning & climate emergency responses
activating spaces (those without gardens, or those who have been shielding)
Longer term - Sec106 development, good growth
alignment with active travel - could we green the gray?

Decent funding would be great and frees local authority cash for promoting and creating active travel, more greenspace and new green jobs.
