Our team culture feels strong. I’ve noticed this because we take time to learn about and share about each other’s lives outside of work. This feels connected to the We Embrace All company value.

We are always looking for ways to level up our communication with one another and ways that we can tighten our team’s connection to the district, like having Barbra join AI meetings once per month this year. This feels connected to the High Quality Service company value.

I’m still new to the team and have only attended two meetings so far, so this may already be occurring and I’m not aware of it! To drive towards Student Outcomes being at the center of our BHAG for ISTs, I wonder how we share student outcome goals with the whole team for the LAUSD implementation. Do we have a quantitative goal for Diagnostic Growth this year? For PI? How are these metrics communicated to the team and how are they monitored?

Incorporate a "sales corner" - designed announcements to discuss items from the field, items to consider reviewing for upsell if need be, and a better idea of how sales is supporting accounts and PL.

Add burning questions section to meeting at the very end to avoid derailment, and ensure all items in the meeting are being presented and addressed. If questions are not addressed during that meeting, it can be followed up by Barbs, Andres, and Vanessa.
