         <description><![CDATA[<div>The second earthquake was much stronger than the first because the ground was still weak and then it made the second one more damaging.<br><br>The first was 7.1 and struck bad. The second was 6.3 but the ground was still weak and it collapsed buildings and damaged many roads and killed&nbsp; 185 people. This was because the ground still was very weak from the previous earthquake.<br><br>The Richter Scale colors are different because on how big and deep it was. So a level 7 one is 10 times stronger that the level 6 one and 100 times stronger than the level 5 one. We don't normally feel ones lees than level 3 on the Richter Scale.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>
