Many times I go to some red track and although I end up going down walking I have a great time. I'm starting with the jumps and those of half a meter do not look like anything but when you go at 40 km / h that's another thing ...
I've already made 3-meter jumps (I know I'm crazy)

1- helmet, to protect your head
2- jacket / jumpsuit ... (whatever you want to call it) so as not to be cold
3- ski boots, to be able to grab the skis
4- the skis (I know they are not the ones in the picture but it was the best image I had) to slide through the snow.
5- the clubs, to push you
6- the gogles, to protect you
