         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><sup>1.Western Cultures like North America often have intense,prolonged emotional displays while some Eastern cultures like Japan often hide their emotions,especially when the emotions is Negative.<br>EXAMPLE:&nbsp;<br>&nbsp; &nbsp;-The six universal emotions are:<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;a.Happiness.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;b.Anger.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;c. Surprise.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;d. Sadness<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;e.Fear.<br>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;f.Disgust.<br>2.Then,Although the facial language is universal woldwide,cultures differ in how much emotion they express.<br>3.Two Dimensions of Emotions: Valence (refers to the level of pleasantness of the emotions)&nbsp; and Arousal (Refers to How much the Emotion Psysically activates the body).<br>4.The Americans value and place importance on feelings and emotions.</sup></strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>In AMERICANS:<br>1.The act or practice of </strong><a href="https://www.collinsdictionary.com/es/diccionario/ingles/promote"><strong>promoting</strong></a><strong> one's own interests, </strong><a href="https://www.collinsdictionary.com/es/diccionario/ingles/profile"><strong>profile</strong></a><strong>, etc.<br>2.Individualistic cultures tend to encourage self-promotion but nowhere does so quite as much as the States.<br>3.Even in American culture, there’s such a thing as boasting too much. So the first thing to do is really understand the level of promotion that’s appropriate in that environment, industry and workplace situation.<br><br>In UK:<br>1.“if self-promotion is an art in the U.S., the corresponding art in the UK is self-deprecation.”<br>2.And remember there is the requirement to show how British Values,are promoted withing the school or setting.</strong></div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>In USA:<br>1.Americans are speaking honestly, clearly and explicitly to arrive straight to the point.<br>2.This does not intend to be rude or disregard courtesy in communication (for example, criticism may be delivered vaguely in order to remain polite and avoid offence).<br>3.Americans are generally comfortable with asking questions if something is not clear to them.<br><br>In UK:<br>1.They strongly avoid creating conflict and therefore take all necessary measures to remain polite throughout discussion.<br>2.The British are quite self-deprecating in conversation in an effort to come across as humble, honest and relaxed about themselves.</strong></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong>In USA:<br>1.For humor in any sense the situation certainly affords the smallest possible opportunity.&nbsp;<br>2.The style of observational humor is very much a staple of the American style of humor since it seeks to point out the aspects of American culture and social discourse which are obvious while at the same time highlighting their ridiculousness.<br><br>In UK.:<br>1.Humour is used a lot throughout British communication, so expect some light-hearted joking to be involved in most conversations.<br>2.That being said, British sarcasm and understatements can be very subtle and nuanced, sometimes making it difficult for outsiders to detect whether they are kidding or not.&nbsp;</strong></div>]]></description>
