From this project, I learned more about myself and a deeper meaning to life. After learning this, i realised that there was more to just getting excellent academic grades or being the best at everything we do. We have to help others and enjoy life while we can. We shouldn't take it for granted. Treasure it. Bringing joy to others who need it can also bring a smile to our faces. We should love ourselves. We shall not be brought down by non- constructive criticism by others. Love yourself. I also learned how to make our lives more meaningful so that we dont just treat life as something we all have to go through it. It is an amazing experience and gift that God has certainly given us.

There are definitely ways for us to deepen this learning journey. 1 way is to just reflect on the many things we have done in life. The things that we have done. Are they right or wrong? Did they impact or affect others in a positive or negative way? Lastly, are you thankful for the gift of life? However, other than that, I think that this session (other than the presentation ._.) helped me to become more reflective and helped me to realize that life is more about the bigger picture and not a small little thing. The videos help me to ponder more deeply but idk how but it heled me to manage my stress a bit more

The presentation was stressful especially since we were having tests those few weeks so we were very packed and didn't have much time. The presentation cld hv gotten more smooth as well
