This was a day that I was able to remember, my brain was able to retrieve this day because it was a charger for a long-term use. It was when I had upgraded my setup completely this was the setup before I changed it completely to make it look a lot better and match colors (black and white). It stored in my brain because It was a life changer for me since I was 14 at the time.

A way to remember something is by using your sensory memory by thinking about patterns you recall or something you know. Retrieving all of that patterns and whatever it is will help you remember something that you thought you didn’t before.

You can combine your short-term memory into thinking you’ve remembered a certain thing. Then, you can think about how you got to the place from scratch so you can retrieve your steps from the beginning slowly expanding it step by step into remembering what just happened.

A strategy to fix an obstacle in your way is to think and retrieve your inner thoughts and more. Let’s say there was something you really wanted to do but you’re not motivated. A good tip is to think about something you care about like family, friends or pets whatever it is. You can also use your long-term memory to motivate you into something you want to achieve. If you think about loved ones or a memory you kept in your life you can motivate yourself into thinking it you’re doing it for them but reality you’re doing it for yourself and you used them for motivation because you kept your knowledge inside your head.

The first problem solving strategy I use is thinking about how I got into this situation. For example getting in trouble at school, instead of escalating a problem you should retrieve and think about how it all happen and then think to yourself if it was really that necessary to escalate something to get in trouble for it. You should also think about the long run if it’ll be worth it for the other person to deal with your nonsense that you’ve caused for no reason.

A strategy that could fix the obstacle thats hindering from achieving your goal is to rethink your situations. Let’s say you were not satifistied with your income that your new job is paying you and you decide to start calling off when it’s your time to work trying to hint them that you’re doing something wrong. That’s just going to be even worse for your situation because it shows that you don’t care and that they will start making you work less since they think you do not care. You should retrieve your thoughts and talk to them about making you work more and you can start picking up shifts. Just because you try to avoid an obstacle coming your way will not solve anything and make it worse for you. Your brain will slowly adapt to feeling better about the workplace and will start feeling comfortable to possibly working everyday so you don’t have to worry about your income and thats called Sensory memory since you’re starting to recall the environment of your workplace more.

The second problem solving strategy is by studying. Let’s say you did a kahoot and dont really recall something because you dont really remember but you forgot. That’s called short-term memory. If you was to study for the next 2 days you will have a better memory and it could slowly be into your long-term memory since you remember it very well it’ll be in your head for a long time because you studied hard for it .

Just like Section 1, your brain separates different types of memory thinking. It allows your brain to have easier access with ease to think about something that you didn’t know, or knew but forgot. Since thats possibly for your brain to do you can also remember things since you were literally a baby, the study says about 36% of people worldwide can remember things since a kid because of their sensory memory.

Study talks and shows but also compares people who are active with their daily life and people who aren’t. Study shows that people who are into fitness like (running, lifting, etc) are more likely to develop a better memory since its making your brain think and develop into becoming stronger physically but mentally as well. Since you’re working out its healthy for the brain to take time to distract from stress, or certain things thats bothering you and letting it breathe by exercising it to become a “stress-free zone”. By doing that it increases your long-term memory and short-term memory by 78% unlike people who do not do fitness or workouts.
