         <title>How do you Treat Depression?  </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Depression is a very treatable disorder.&nbsp; 80-90% of people respond well to treatments.&nbsp; Depression is treatable with medications.&nbsp; Antidepressants can be prescribed to help biochemistry in the brain.&nbsp; Medications should help within the first 2 weeks, but full benefits may not show up for 2-3 months.&nbsp; It is recommended that People keep taking medications up to 6 months after they are "cured."&nbsp; Cognitive behavioral therapy is another method used to treat depression.&nbsp; How it works is it helps a person recognize their distorted thinking then helps them take action to change their thinking and behavior. &nbsp;</div>]]></description>

Other times you may feel excessively sad (called major depression).”  Bipolar disorder makes it hard to do your job and form relationships with people.  </div><div><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Unfortunately there is no cure, but you can treat the symptoms.&nbsp; The causes of schizophrenia are unknown so the best that people can do for it is to treat the symptoms.&nbsp; Antipsychotics are a medication that people take usually in pill or liquid medication form.&nbsp; Some people get them in shots 2-3 times a month.&nbsp; The medication may have some side effects but they usually go away within a couple of days.&nbsp; Psychosocial treatments are effective for people who find a medication that works for them.  This method is where people that have schizophrenia, learn and use coping skills to address the everyday challenges of their disorder to help them achieve their life goals like getting a job or going to school.  </div>]]></description>
