S'ha previst implantar una tercera hora d'educació física semanal a les escoles de primària, ESO i Batxillerat de la Comunitat de Madrid. Aquesta decisió ha sigut presa amb l'objectiu de reduïr els cassos d'obesitat infantil.
Madrid justifica l'aposta gràcies a la OMS, que recomana la pràctica de 1h diaria d'activitat física per millorar l'estat de salut i reduir les enfermetats que comporta l'excès de pes.
L'efecte de la pandèmia del Covid-19 i les restriccions implantades han contribuit a la falta de activitat física, per tant, ara més que mai, s'ha de promoure l'activitat física desde casa i les escoles.
També es prevé cambiar les activitats que es realitzen a les classes d'educació física, i apostar per activitats d'expressió corporal innovadores que afavoreixin la participació de tots els alumnes sense desigualtat.
CONCLUSIÓ: Estic d'acord amb aquesta decisió, ja que no acostumem a donar-li una importància vital a l'activitat física a les escoles ja que normalment aquestes no es percebeixen com activitats "intelectuals" que puguin afavorir el coneixement de l'estudiant. L'únic amb el que no estic d'acord és la supressió dels esports habituals a les classes de educació física, ja que són els mateixos estudiants els que volen participar en certs esports, i no hauriem de donar-li l'espatlla a les habilitats que un estudiant pot tenir en un esport, a més de que l'expressió corporal no aporta la mateixa quantitat d'excercici físic que els esports habituals (futbol, bàsquet, voleyball...).

ANÀLISI DE LA NOTÍCIA: La idea principal que ens presenta aquesta notiícia és que gràcies a un avanç científic, les persones paraplègiques poden realitzar activitat física gràcies a un implant de la mèdula espinal que controla el moviment del tronc i les cames a partir d'una aplicació amb IA pròpia.
Aquest implant utilitza paletes d'electròdes diseñades exclusivament per les lesions medulars.
Segons la revista 'Nature Medicine', Grégoire Courtine i Jocelyne Bloch, científics suïssos, que la estimulació elèctrica medular és una opció terapèutica pràctica per restaurar la funció motora de les persones amb lesions medulars. Aquesta pràctica a partir de neurotecnologia era originalment dissenyada per tratar el dolor.
Gràcies a aquests implants l'individu afectat per la lesió pot realitzar activitats físiques quotidianes com caminar, anar en bicicleta o nedar.
Els voluntaris van ser tres homes d'entre 29 i 41 anys, que van donar resultats satisfactoris.
Un dels primers voluntaris va ser Michel Roccati, qui a partir d'un caminador que té insertat dos controladors remots. Una tauleta envia les ordres d'estimulació a un marcapassos situat en l'abdomen de Michel i des del qual es transmeten els estímuls a l'implant medul·lar perquè Michel s'aixequi.
CONCLUSIÓ: Crec que els avanços científics i tecnològics que es realitzen avui en dia tenen grans avantatges, sobretot per persones afectades per diverses enfermetats, trastorns o lesions. En aquest cas, aquest avanç científic ha permés una millor vida a unes persones que pensaben que haurien de viure tota la seva vida en una cadira de rodes, el que em sembla un succés esperançador per l'humanitat.

Sol, la campiona femenina defensa aquesta iniciativa, ja que l'esforç per arribar a campió ha d'estar igual de valorat (indiferentment del sexe).

CONCLUSIÓ: Aquest és un començament molt important al món de l'esport; on a gairebé al 90% dels esports, la dona és discriminada (sous menors). Estic molt a favor d'aquest moviment, ja que l'esforç que uns i altres han fet per arribar a l'elit esportiva, hauria d'estar igual de valorat.

CONCLUSIÓ: Aquest tipus d'accions han d'estar fortament sancionades, tot i estar enfadat has de sempre tenir uns límits. Sent president d'un equip amb tants seguidors has de mostrar una sèrie de valors (tant individuals com esportius); has d'intentar ser una persona exemplar.

Marc Márquez va patir un accident en els entrenaments previs al gp de Mandalika, cosa que va provocar que els seus problemes de diplopia tornessin a apareixer i que no pogues correr aqell cap de setmana. Tot i això el dr. Costa és optimista i creu que la seva recuperació no serà tan llarga com s'esperava en un principi.

Conclusió:

Des de que Xavi va arribar com entrenador al Barça, han anat arribant una sèrie de resultats positius que reforçen a l'equip i demostren la calitat que té el planter. Des de l'arribada de Xavi s'han jugat 12 partits entre lliga i Europa League, en els que trobem 3 empats i 9 victòries amb un balanç de 10 gols encaixats i 32 marcats.

Conclusió:
