His voice sounds exactly the same as the songs on the CD, he doesn't use autotune or something like that to make his voice sound better. 
We can see by that, that he is a funny and caring person. 
He has a lot of talent and I totally recommend you to go to one of his shows, you'll have an incredible time, specially if you go with friends

Ashton Kutcher plays Jobs and looks like him. The movie shows how Jobs started Apple and made important products. Kutcher acts well, but some parts feel rushed. The movie is good to learn about Jobs and tech history, even though it's not perfect. It's worth watching if you like tech and success stories.
