In the morning, check email.
Then, what I've done today are calculate staff's overtime.
Furthermore, I also fill a form for the best employee.

Today is my 2nd day in Admin&General Department. I work as assistant for Human Resource Executive. In the morning, i involve in briefing with Hotel Manager and others Head Department. Other than that, i also make a gift voucher by the request of the other hotel. I still calculate OT (overtime) staff to make salary report. Lastly, i also sent few request of voucher to the other hotel for Seri Malaysia Kuantan hotel dinner in April.

In the morning, i join all Head of departments (HOD) briefing with hotel manager. The briefing is about an hour. Briefing with hotel manger is a routine for all HOD. Other than that, i also key in new staff information in the system. Hotel Seri Malaysia use IFCA system in the operation for their hotel. I also make confirmation letter for staff. Next, i make a form for things that not be used anymore. For tomorrow, i will start do salary report and slide for Hr report for the end of January because next monday is the monthly meeting for all HOD.

For the 4rd day,in the morning, i joined the morning briefing with other head of department and hotel manager. 
After that, i prepare a letter for disposal asset to be sent to 'Rangkaian Hotel Seri Malaysia' . I also review some application form . The candidates will be interview by the Hotel manager tomorrow. 
I also prepared a memo to distribute to all department. 
Then, go to KPDNKK with Chef Is (Head Chef) for applying LPG License.
Info that we get from Miss Atul, LPG license must applying in online system which is BLESS. So, we need to buy an ID, then get Approval Slip From "Jabatan Bomba" then upload all the document in the Bless Website.

Last but not least,  i must prepared manning report before 5pm.

As usual, i attend briefing in the morning.After that, i go to 'Jabatan Bomba' in Indera Mahkota to pick the pink slip. Unfortunately, pink slip for my hotel need to be pick up tomorrow.
Fyi, to apply LPG license , we must have pink slip. Next, i go to pos office to pick up letter that have been sent to the p.i box.
In the afternoon, i finish do the salary report and will be sign by the hotel manager tomorrow.Before going back, i follow account exec to check the room and update the manning report for today.Thats all.💃💃💃

Saturday. I begin my work this morning with high motivation because i'm so gratefull that i've done with salary report which is so stressfull. I feel the report so stressfull because it involve staff money.I must make the report very detail and if i'm do it wrong, it can create problem with staff salary. 

Suddenly, this afternoon, one staff give 24 hours notice because he want quit..... he's one of the best staff in his department. May he will succeed in his new job.🎉🎊.

I have to recalculated again the salary and change the report that have been sent to the Hq.
😅😂😭.But, i have to re-confirmed with the Hq and the Hotel manager.And i will do the correction on Monday. Wish me luckkkkkkk 👐💓.

Furthermore, today, I make a voucher to other hotel that request some give from us to their annual staff party. Last but not least , i update staff leave balance and filing the leave form.

Fyi, LPG license that i have struggle to apply is for this 👇.

Today is Miss Fariha (Account executive) birthday 🎂🎉🎊🎂🎉🎂🎊.Nyumm nyummm, cake and pizza 😍.

As usual, Hod briefing with Hotel Manager in the morning 😆. Suprisingly is, i must re-do the salary report(refer to the Hr Executive in Hq). Yippie, *positive* 😑😂. 
So clumsy today, a lot of work, but still under control. 

Edit the salary and the emel to the Hq. Then,fax gift voucher to the hotel that request from us. Do letter for Ert training and will follow up with 'Jabatan Bomba'. Will ask the quotation for the training. 

After that, select the candidates for the interview tomorrow for F&B assistant. Will interview the candidates with F&B captain and Head Chef.

Next, Hotel manager(Bos) will attend training, so my job is to fax the attendant form to the hq.Then, do manning report before go back.

Tomorrow:- 
1.Will do staff punchcard
2. Follow Up Ert Training with 'Jabatan Bomba'
3.Abscon Letter (maybe)
4. Edit summary salary report
5. Staff interview
6. Update Bless website
And etc....hope will finish all this tomorrow.

Phewwww, already at home. 
Today i come back home at 7 pm.

So,start my morning with briefing with Hm & all Hod, then my target is to finish the summary for salary report. I continue doing the summary then bos(Hotel Manager)ask me to do letter salary increment for few staff (cant tell here because p&c 😉). 

Then, after lunch, head chef and i, interview 4 candidates for F&B assistant. After that, I have short meeting for ERT Course with 'Pegawai Bomba',Bos,Sales Executive and Head Chef. We have set the date and some other detail for the course.

After the meeting end, i continue doing the summary report because it must be finish by tomorrow and i will sent it to the Hq through courier or else other staff cannot get their salary 😂.

Last but not least, update manning report before go back and update staff leave balance.

Im the morning, one F&B staff have report start work today. So I prepare him a punch card and explain him about salary, staff entrance and cabin. Then i took him to the F&B captain. 

Next, i had morning briefing with bos and other Hod. After the briefing end, suddenly the Front office staff call me to inform about the representatives from health department have come to the hotel for 'Ops Visit Pahang'. 😱😱😱. Shock+Nervous.

Then, i met the representatives with Hotel manager and Head chef. The representatives have divide into 2 group. 1 group will check the kitchen and the other will check hotel surrounding. Head chef and i follow group that check the kitchen and my bos follow the other group.

The representatives also ask me the latest record for staff typhoid. Phewwww 😥😥😥, list in my file not the latest update!!! But,still i can handle the situation. 😂😅, so long story to short, hotel kitchen get A grade. Alhamdullilah 💃, ... 

After representatives from Health Department go to other hotel, i continue with my summary salary report and have sent them with other check to the Hq. Alhamdulillah once again. 👐💕

Go to lunch, and after that, start do the staff punch card, because staff punch card will end on 22th every month. I also update the staff thyphoid record. 

At 4.45pm, bos call me and other Hod for a meeting for CSR event this Sunday. This event will held at 'Orang Asli' village,Batu 14, Kuantan and representatives from Seri Malaysia Hq (Kuala Lumpur) will join us. 

The meeting end at 6.15pm. Then, i continue doing the staff punch card and manning report.
Then before go back, i filled up the medical form for the staff who want to go to panel clinic for tyhphoid injection. Go home at 7.30pm, 😩, will come back early tomorrow!Fighting azie!!!

Yesterday i got whatsapp from Mr. Rohaizat (Hr Hq Seri Malaysia) to call him this morning.. so i call him and he want to me to check about salary recon. After i explain some detail to him.He totally satisfied with my answer. Next, i had morning briefing with Bos and all the other Hod. Then, after briefing finish, i open the Purchase Request (PR) form to order Hotel Manager Namecard. 

Then, i ask kitchen and F&B department to sent list staff that do not have 'Kursus Penyediaan Makanan'. Maybe will sent this staff to go to the course next week. 

After that, i do memo about 'ERT Training' and 'Notis Penamatan Staff'. The memo have been sign by HM,then i distribute to all department.

After finish do the memo, i fax 'borang kehadiran' for Hotel Manager Training at Hsm Ipoh.

I also do about 50% of HR monthly report. Next, i also try upload pink slip for Bless website .. but, i still cant finish it today. Will call Cik Atul Kpdnkk tomorrow morning to teach me how to fill the form in the Bless Website 😅. 

After finish do the manning report, i accompany Sales exec to check the room no 317and hotel surrounding.

At 4.45pm, i accompany Head Chef to go to the 'Pasar Besar kuantan'to pick up the fruit from the supplier. Then, after drop Chef to the Hotel, i'm going back.

Had a briefing in the morning.Then, bring few staff to clinic for typhoid injection but the clinic was close.

After that, i go to Pos office to collect letter and pos few letter. Next, i go back to the hotel and its a lunch hour.

So, after lunch , i update letter log book. All the detail in the letter must be record such as company name and date.Then, i do the salary increment letter and then had a short briefing with the Hotel Manager (Mr.Rafael), Account Executive (Miss Fariha) , Head chef ( Chef Herlena @k.is) and F&B Captain(Wahida).

Before going back, i update staff leave balance and staff manning report.

So, today bos have training in Ipoh and will back to the office on monday. Enjoyyyyy!!!😎

Ok, so for today, had a morning briefing without Hotel manager,Maintenance exec(MC),F&B exec(Duty). Account exec lead the briefing. For my part, i remind them about training report and punch card.

After finish the briefing, i do application letter for "Jabatan Bomba" to do ERT Training on 13-15 March 2017 and email to secretary director of the fire department of Pahang, Pn Sabrina.

Moreover, cover front office staff when lunch hour front office(12pm).

Next, i follow up request on trainee for our hotel. I have call Kolej Komuniti Kuantan and Rompin, Management and Science University(MSU), Politeknik,Uitm Dungun,Ikip college and Uc bestari College.

After lunch, i start to calculate trainee allowance include me 😂😅. At 3.30pm, i and F&B executive, Mr.Rukidi interview a staff for F&B department.
Then,after finish the interview, i continue to calculate the allowance.

Before going back, i update the manning report.

After that, i fill the form for security OT and overnight .This is because, security under Admin&General department.

At 3pm, i have interview session with head chef to choose a steward. Kitchen department need steward urgent. So, for today, 2 candidates comes. After the interview session, we choose the first candidates because of his experience and call him to come work tomorrow.

Okay, for today , i had briefing with Hod. After that, i continue with trainee allowance and complete it then pass it to the account department to make cheque, and then will be courier to the Hq. 

One candidates that have been interview yesterday, have problem and he cancel th job.. so, at 11 a.m, head chef and me interviewed one candidate for steward . He seem okay, then we proceed to call him work , tomorrow morning.. because we need steward urgent.

After that, i continue doing other work.

So for today, i have finish do the HR monthly report, HR training report and will be emel to the Hq tomorrow morning. The #KeyTagProject in progress about 60%..in shaa allah, will finish it before boss back to the office in monday. I also have emel to the Rayhar Travel Agency to book flight for boss, for his training in HSM Kepala Batas next 2 week.

Saturday means Half Day, 💃💅.

First in the morning, do punch card to the new steward & explain about staff entrance etc.

After that, i start review HR monthly report before emel it to the Mr. Haziran (HR Manager at RHSM).
Next, i continue the #KeyTagProject.. but still not finish yet.. 

Then, many staff request their payslip... so i print their playslip in the Ifca system.And after that, i update manning report for today.

No line up/briefing this morning. YAY!

Had a short meeting with representatives from Fire&Rescue Department &Hotel Manager about ERT Training next week.They explain what hotel need to provide and look around the hotel . I show them hotel room example and promote them about our hotel.
(10am-1pm).

So after lunch, email the job completion form to the Hq. Do letter & list name about ERT training and email to the representatives. 

For today, i also had update fb status about to find security and front office assistant . Hope tomorrow, we get the candidates ...because it urgent!!

I also had a talk with head chef and sales exec about the menu for ERT training members.

I should have start to do march salary report because boss will go for training next week. So frust because i dont get few data from Hq. So,my job had postpone.

Other than that, i print staff payslip and do manning report.

So today, going back at 8pm.

Lot of work to finish before the end of this week.
Wish me luck😭.

Had a briefing this morning. After that, change few of keytag #KeytagProject.. but still not finish yet.

Then, i call Rayhar travel agency to change and settle about flight .

Next, i do minutes meeting February for tomorrow meeting. Last minutes!

And for today, i had receive few application form. So, i had call them and will interview the candidates tomorrow before Monthly meeting.

Boss ask me to do the memo about *... cannot tell it today, 😜 

After that, had fill a form about staff salary that below than Rm1200 and emel it to the Mr.Rohaizat,HQ .

Last but not least, do manning report before go back.

So busy, not start to do intern report yet.

Finally, i can try the fire extinguisher. And this is a valuable experience!!!

Today morning had a briefing with Hotel Manager and all Hod except Fo Exec.

Had post on Fb about vacancies in Hotel Seri Malaysia Kuantan.

Then, had do the claim for account executive(HSMPEN). Account executive had been go to Hotel Seri Malaysia Penang for monthly meeting.

Moreover, i also do the claim for  sales executive, sales coordinator and head chef. They had go to muadzam to do the sales call.

I also had update mail logbook.

At 3pm, a short circuit happen in one of the hall and cause a small spark of fire. Luckily we recently attended a training course on fire with  fire fighter last week. The fire did not spread and cause huge losses.

Phewwwwwwwwwww.

Before go back, had update manning report and remind the staff who saw the short circuit to fill the incident form

Our dinner is on 22 April 2017. Gonna have lot of work to do.

So, we had choose Ajk, theme and games.

And, i will be the presiden since my sv, Pn.Ira still on leave.

Hotel manager told me that all permanent staff must go to medical checkup. So, after that, i had call hotel clinic panel which is putramedic clinic, Ar- razi clinic, Shah clinic and Al- farabi clinic to ask them for medical checkup quotation.

At 11.00 am, had interview few candidates for Fnb and Kitchen department. Had choose 3 of them to join our team in Hotel Seri Malaysia Kuantan. They will be report for duty on 7th April 2017(Fri).

Then had email to SWCorp about detail waste food.

Last but not least, had do the letter agreement for borrowing the cover chair and support letter for one of the staff.

After that, had follow up the sponsorship request for our annual staff party from other hotel / resort such as Tok Aman Bali, Prescot hotel,Mangala resort etc.

Fyi, manning report is the report about staff attendance. Total staff morning shift, evening shift,staff off ,staff leave and staff Mc. From this report, we will know total who work for the day.

All went well,Alhamdullillah.

First time be an emcee. Nervous at first but then enjoy the moment.

Phewww.

So, 

Ratu Rock for tonight is Yasmin, the one who wear cap in this picture.

And, Raja Rock is En. Rukidi. Our FNB Executive.

For me, this event is so meaning full because this is the time that staff feel appreciated and can release stress.

2 weeks preparation is so full of stress and rushing but the look of happiness in each staff and their family tonight is so valuable.


Will miss all the memories here.

Had morning briefing.

In the briefing, i had remind Hod to submit their department duty roster on the 28th April 2017 and submit training on 2nd May 2017.

Had do the appreciation letter for annual staff party committee .A total of 24 committee members.

Do confirmation for 2 staff , 1 in FNB Department. Other 1 is in Housekeeping department.

Lastly, had courier the salary report to the Hq.

For today, had attend morning briefing. Remind all Hod about Ot staff need to be sent before 11th May 2017. 

Finish briefing, i had email Hq for Hr monthly report for April and April training report HsmKua.

Next is, do confirmation letter and showcause letter for a staff.

Then, do formal letter to MPK (Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan) regarding 'tong sampah besar' and Astro regarding Hsmkua rooms.

After that,Compile and email completion work form to the Hq ,give payslip for few staff and update and failling staff leave form and claim hour form.

So,today two new staff had come to report duty. As admin and general department, my job is to briefing them about punch card and hotel regulations.

After pass them to their Hod, i do an agreement letter for company who want borrow things from Hotel Seri Malaysia Kuantan.

Last but not least, update checklist license and certificate Hotel Seri Malaysia Kuantan for 2017 with the help of hotel manager,account department(min & k.fariha) and my supervisor,Pn.Ira.

Before going back ,had call Ayer Keroh country resort for follow up about voucher and do manning report.

In the morning, print staff payslip. After that, re-failling 'Rekod Kesihatan Pekerja'.

Then, Miss Asyikin come at 2pm. Discussing about what i have learn, which department i had been. After that, she meet my supervisor which is Pn.Ira to ask about my performance during internship.

After the session with Miss Asyikin. Pn. Ira and me had go out to go to stationery shop and go to Nationwide company.

Last but not least, had update manning report.

In the morning, calculate allowance for Sales Executive and Sales Coordinator because they want do sales call in Kemaman. After that, do sticker for staff name tag then patch it before give it to the staff

First of all, this is my last Day for internship.
Mixed feeling.

Many thanks to Hotel Seri Malaysia Kuantan management and staff for let me doing my internship here and having a great time with all of them

Sad to left my office mate, excited because i had finish my intern and anxious and curious what will be happen next, in another few month.


For today, check email in the morning, then had finish the slide HR for HOD Meeting this coming Wednesday. 
Next, do a letter for apply pipe change then email and courier it. After that, update staff leave balance and lastly, do manning report before go back.
