You need:
1 carp (up to 1 and ½ kg)
flour (about ½ cup)
1 egg
bread tart (about ¼ cup)
4 tablespoons of oil
spices: salt
Carp, wash, chew the bell and spell salt. Flour and grater together, and the egg whisked on a separate plate.
Feed the bell fish in the egg, then in the flour mixed with bun. Smooth on the browned color on both sides (about 15 min). Reduce the fire and fry the carp on low heat, covered (about 10 minutes). Finally add the butter.
