<title>Some say multi-tasking is efficient and some say it’s more efficient to focus on one task however these are all matters of perspective as whatever task is being done is possible to be done by multi tasking or focusing singularly such as cooking one can multi task cutting vegetables and simmering them so they can ready the chicken and such. While if you have to cut a salad its more efficient to finish one thing at a time.

<title>I asked AI the effects of stress on the immune system in which i was given that “Stress can significantly impact the immune system, leading to both short-term and long-term effects:” Short-term Effects such as; Immune Response Activation, Inflammation, And Long-term Effects such as Immunosuppression, Increased Risk of Illness, Autoimmune Disorders and Altered Immune Function and given in summary that effects, vulnerability to illness. health. “</title>

<title>“ While short-term stress can enhance certain immune responses, chronic stress has detrimental effects, leading to a weakened immune system and increased vulnerability to illness. Effective stress management strategies are essential for maintaining immune health. “

<title>Compared to AI when I read the textbook about the effects of stress we were given with many diseases and effects however wasnt given any of the others such as an ulcer, cancer and many more as well as no mentions of PTSD while having a huge role in the stress levels and effect, i learned from the ai and textbook to see where eachs priority is. <title>The first time I experienced classical conditioning was when my family was overseas, so I stayed with my grandpa as my grandma went along with them, and near the end of them coming back, I was asleep in my grandpa&#39;s room, which is far from the bathroom, and I heard someone calling out to me, which I later found out to be my grandpa. At first, I thought I was just hearing things, thinking maybe he wanted something from me, although it was like 7 a.m. in the morning,</title>

<title>When I realized it was coming from When I realized it was coming from a greater distance than usual,I learned that my grandfather fell in the bathroom and had been there for a while. I also noticed that the shower tiles had fresh, dry blood on them. I was worried about the scene behind the door and the fact that I couldn&#39;t precisely pick him up, so I was overwhelmed and didn&#39;t know what to do. Even so, I made a family call, even though the remainder of our relatives live half an hour away. </title>

<title>Fortunately, my grandfather made a full recovery, but that day stuck in my mind, causing me to wake up whenever I hear voices, loud or quiet, and to suffer from sleeplessness.</title>

<title>The neutral stimulus was waking up; the unconditioned stimulus was hearing my name; the unconditioned response was me waking up clueless; the conditioned stimulus was me answering to my name; and the conditioned response was me heading to the door to figure out what was going on. I chose these because they all built up for the inevitable and what and how I was dealing with the situation.</title>

<title>Although my grandpa was on blood thinners and lost a lot of blood that day, he recovered well despite having a bruise on his head for a good while. Fortunately, it wasn&#39;t anything too serious. Emotion-focused coping involved me not reacting too dramatically to those around me, even though I was deeply panicking inside. On the other hand, problem-focused coping was when I opened the door, assessed the situation, and helped my grandfather. </title>

<title>This wasn&#39;t my first time using AI; however, I am not a regular user. I&#39;ve used it to get facts and insights on certain topics, and it went okay. I liked how it provided endless facts, but I didn’t like how obvious it was that the credibility was honestly average, as it often gave us the most well-known facts. If I were to use it again, </title>
