-acknowledge students sitting alone at lunch and become their friend YES!!!
-put random gifts (around Christmas) for people to find, and they can open them (students can wrap a small gift and hide it anywhere such as classrooms, hallways, desks, etc.)
-kindness posters
-kindness letters
-write values and positive words to hang around the school This can happen tomorrow!
-kindness day (everyone is kind and holds a door or something like that)
-teacher day (give teachers apples and coffee)
-student day (students give each other gifts and notes)

- teachers need there cofee and sometimes something to give their anger out on, so possibly a new stress ball because holy cow we are loud and annoying.
