         <description><![CDATA[<div>1.-Apple and its MacStores established their power distance index by introducing his innovative idea of a store that could handle all their customers with the best possible service since the early 90's.<br>2.-The big “I vs. We”, talking about the MacStore which is a huge team that employs at least 30 people and they work on a team based system.<br>3.-Apple’s uai is in between is not that high nor that low, because even though they try to bring out futuristic devices it just doesn’t feel the same as before, ever since Steve Jobs passed away apple have seen themselves overshadowed by google’s ambition and innovation.<br>4.- Apple see men and women as equals.<br>5.- MacStore and almost everything in apple has always been a long term and always improving project.    <br>6.- Indulgence vs restraint: Workers and customers of apple reflect a 78% percent acceptance and satisfaction over their products according to a research done by the MIT</div>]]></description>
