They have bright colours to blend n with there surroundings.There beak is strong so that it can easily crack open nuts and seeds. There tongue has a bone in it so that it can be an effective for tapping into fruits. The Macaw has really good grip on their toes so they can latch onto any branch or tree. They are very intelligent birds that fly in flocks of 10 to 30 individuals.
