->another thing we saw, the people how blame the government, the government have a really important part in this problem but it isn’t at all, the education system is divided in government/SEP/CNTE/SNTE the parts that drive the education in the country.

->other persons think that the education reform is good for the system, because they think that the tests that the INEE apply really be useful but the truth is that the test just ask bureaucratic thing and that no prove the real ability for teach.
