1. I played the role of Richlander
2 . Since I'm Asian, I found this role having some characteristics that are quite similar to Asian. For example, in most case, we always try to avoid directness. When we give feedback to others, we will soften the tone in order not to hurt their feeling. We appreciate harmony and put the benefit of organization ahead of individual's benefit. Thus, in the ballon factory, when we were asked about the problem happening, we didn't say anything. Although there might be some problems in the factory ,overall, we still found our job was a good one.But , it was quite award when we only can look at Romanier 's stomach and shoulder while talking with them. I felt like i was disrespectful to them and paid no attention to what they said.

3. In the first time they went to the factory, they just stood in front of me and directly asked me: " What is the problem in the system?" . They also feel uncomfortable when we didn't look at them as we talked

4. From this stimulation game, I learnt that each region has its own culture and it affects the way their people behave. We need to be aware of these difference to avoid unfortunate cultural conflict.

5. In Japan, when you are on the bus or train , you see an old man or woman standing. As normal, you will stand up and offer them your seat. But he gets uncomfortable and feel that you are disrespecting them. This is because of cultural difference. The older Japanese generation have assumption that if anyone offer them a seat in the bus or train ,she would come up with the thought: “Ah~ Am I becoming so old that I need a young girl to give me priority?” This would remind her, “You’re getting old!”
