First, my sister usually wakes up at 6:00 in the morning. Then, she always washes her face and brushes her teeth. She sometimes takes a shower before going to work. She gets dressed at 6:30 am and eats breakfast at 7:00 am. Then, she leaves home at 7:15 am. After that she always goes to work at 8:00 am. She finishes work at 12:00 pm. After that, she cooks lunch for her children and her husband. At 3:00 pm she works out and goes for a walk with her children. She usually takes a nap at 4:30 pm. After that, she visits her mother. She usually washes the dishes and cleans the house at 6:30 pm. She always watch TV programs at night and relaxes. Before she goes to sleep, she usually meditates. Finally, she usually sets the alarm for the next day and goes to sleep at 10:00 pm.
