I got interested in history when I was
in secondary school. At that time my favorite subject was actually
Biology, but later when I attended history lessons, I discovered a
new love.
I have not been taught about Asian history in particular because
the chapters mostly focused on Europe and the UK, but due to my
newfound love for history I've been learning more about Asian
history by watching videos, reading books etc.
As for my personal topics in (Asian) history, I’m interested in
learning more about Japan, Vietnam and China.
DISCLAIMER (not being rude): I’m not looking forward to
learning about the economical/mathematical part of PHIR
modules because one of the reasons I took this course was to get
away from calculations because i’m not that great in maths and
want to avoid/not do it. I’m kind of good factually though.
On the contrary, my top interest in history is anything military.
