They put people in prison for ten years if they committed a crime, didn't follow orders, destroyed someone else's land etc..., and six months after they were released from prison they were not aloud a job.<br>2. We don't think  that the punishment fits the crime, because they weren't personalized and were more generalized. </div>]]></description>

These incentives would not work today because no one would want to repeat something similar to what Stalin and Hitler did. </div><div>3.
