1) Loud and clear voice
2) Structured questions with scaffolding elements
3) Questions built from LOTS to HOTS
4) Objectives being mentioned at the end of set induction
5) Good intonation matters
6) Good use of whiteboard
7) Establishing rules in class can do wonders especially if the students have understood the rules
8) Extended talk provides more opportunities for students to use the targeted language in class
9) Make it a habit to write new vocabularies on the board for visualisation purposes
10) Act natural in class and be comfortable


To Be Improved
1) Voice pace needs to be slower
2) Reduce unnecessary fillers such as 'ok'
3) Avoid repetition of questions
4) Avoid focusing one to one to the students who responded to your 
answer
5) Work on enunciation
6) Teachers should avoid dominating the classroom talk
7) Do not ignore students' responses when teachers are in doubt e.g. not sure of a spelling
8) Avoid talking and writing on the board at the same time
9) Too much walking can be distracting to the learners
10) Do not have complicated activities for set induction
