         <title>Generativity vs Stagnation  </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Generative adults are ones who are contributing to society. They are raising the next generation and have an overall concern for their family and society.<br>Stagnant adults are ones who are only concerned with their self and their own well being.<br><br>Personal - Generativity - I have a family of 4 kids and still married. I feel like losing my mother is pushed me to look at life in a much different way, that life can truly be very short. (She was diagnosed at 40 and passed away at 47 and was extremely healthy)&nbsp;<br>I look at everything I do to be a way to make a memory and to give back.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Ego Integrity vs Despair</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>When entering the aging (twilight) years one starts to reflect on their life and if they contributed enough or if they can look back and see fulfillment. If they see success then there is a sense of wisdom and if they do not feel this but rather feel regret and failure this leads to bitterness and despair at the end of ones life. &nbsp;<br><br>Personal - Integrity - I am obviously not to this stage in my life (currently 37) but I hope that when I get to this age I can look back without too much regret.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Intimacy vs Isolation</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The ability to make commitments and to love others. When one is unsuccessful in doing this it will lead to isolation.<br><br>Personal - Intimacy - At 19 I was engaged and married at 21. This is also the point in my life when I found out that my mother had breast cancer. i also watched my mom battle cancer for 7 years during this time and pass away in front of me. This gave me a huge hole in my heart and some things to work on but it gave me a sense of needing to make every moment count.</div>]]></description>
