Personal - Identity - At this point in my life I had a strong sense of self identity. I knew who I was and the kind of person I wanted to be.

They are raising the next generation and have an overall concern for their family and society.
Stagnant adults are ones who are only concerned with their self and their own well being.

Personal - Generativity - I have a family of 4 kids and still married. I feel like losing my mother is pushed me to look at life in a much different way, that life can truly be very short. (She was diagnosed at 40 and passed away at 47 and was extremely healthy)

If they see success then there is a sense of wisdom and if they do not feel this but rather feel regret and failure this leads to bitterness and despair at the end of ones life.

When one is unsuccessful in doing this it will lead to isolation.

Personal - Intimacy - At 19 I was engaged and married at 21. This is also the point in my life when I found out that my mother had breast cancer. i also watched my mom battle cancer for 7 years during this time and pass away in front of me.
