Google clips would be good to use as an accommodation for children with special needs. You can record small group, student conferences, or 
mini lessons and give the clip to the child for repetition of lessons as needed.
Muse might be a good accommodation, with parent approval for children with autism, or behavior disorders.
Swivl can be used in classrooms to record lessons to share across grade levels and schools since teachers rarely have time to visit other classrooms.
