It would be neat if there was a graphic organizer to help teachers kind of keep their reflections organized so that they can refer back to them.

I think there should be some sort of planning in Schon's model, not just reflecting. There is planning/trying out what you have learned in Kolb's model but not in Schon's.

I think putting all three models together would be the best reflective strategy.

I think that Schon's step of "reflecting in action" can be a good addition to the other models.

- The only thing I think is missing is how people or teachers are going to implement our reflections in future practices. Just because we have come to some conclusions about what needs to be changed, we need to figure out the best way to go about implementing these changes.
