Actual effects- an increase in the body's energy consumption. This, in turn, causes a spike in the body's temperature, cooking the user from the inside. DNP can also cause cardiac arrest, such as in the case of Rachel Cook. Cook had been taking DNP to lower her weight, under the illusion that doing so would help with becoming pregnant. She died three days after her birthday, after fearing she'd eaten too much the night before.

The cons far outweigh the pros. In all honesty, I'd likely call this drug DNT, for DO NOT TAKE!
