         <description><![CDATA[<div>   <br>           Back in 1978, Sunway Berhad has started off as a private limited establishment, Sungei Way Holdings Sdn Bhd. Founder and also Chairman, Tan Sri Dato' Seri Dr. Jeffrey Cheah has a vision of propelling the company to venture in different industries. <br><br>            Sunway Berhad has expanded its operation into 12 different industries. Among them includes Education, Real Estate Investment &amp; Trust, Quarry, Property, Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, Commercial, Trades &amp; Manufacturing, Construction, Building Materials, and Healthcare while Construction and Property Development serve as their main profit contributor. <br><br></div><div>             In 2014, Sunway Group announced intentions to re-list its construction division on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia. The Group underwent a restructuring exercise to dispose of Sunway Construction Sdn Bhd held by Sunway Holdings Sdn Bhd to Sunway Construction Group Berhad (“SCG”). SCG was successfully listed on 28 July 2015, attracting a market capitalization of RM1.6 billion, ranking it as the second largest Initial Public Offering on Bursa Malaysia in 2015. With Sunway Berhad maintaining a controlling stake of 54.4% in SCG, Sunway Group will continue to reap the benefits of the synergies generated for long-term growth.</div>]]></description>

In the context of Sunway Berhad, the company builts and nurture their employees' character. Sunway Berhad management has their own internal staff transfer policy, from there a manager can horde the good talent for employee own personal needs than to look at what is best for the individual and the organization. If employees value growth and learning, then they are encouraged to find new ways for them to learn business within the organization. Hence, this is also support employee across Sunway’s diverse industries, equipping employees with the flexibility to fully develop their own knowledge of the organization that will help an individual build leadership skills.</div>]]></description>

Self confidence and acceptance from others are important components of this needs.  This is to knowing that employee is part of the important resources of the industry. There are some ways to make employee feel more values by having a conversation everyday. In sunway berhad, the culture of organization encourages the employee to interact with management level for a better accomplishment in performance.  And also, Sunway berhad had organized some programs for employee such as ‘Talent advancement programmed’. This is to help them make self confidence and develop those who have been identified as potential successors.</div>]]></description>

A community of friendly employees can make each other feel accepted and also appreciated. They may meet through different channels such as coffee session, hang loose night and tea session which in a way builds up their relationship among one another. <br><br>          In decision making, individual thoughts and ideas are to be acknowledged and respected. Apart from that, Sunway Berhad has held sports and social activities which encourage employees to socialize and to foster better relationship among one another. </div>]]></description>

Reviewing resume allows Sunway Berhad to recruit employees when they find a match between potential candidates and with any of their job vacancies. Initially, one must summarize their experiences and skills to the area of work they wish to enter in their resumes. When in the need to hire, Sunway Berhad will contact the candidate for a face to face interview ensure the candidate has the potential to fulfill the vacant job and also provides the company study his/her personality. </div>]]></description>

They will conduct the recruitment process by having interviews with students. Then, the chosen candidates may receive offers like internships or an entry-level position in the company. Some bright and entrepreneurial students who sustain excellent grades(first class honors, distinction, deans list..) who are about to graduate may even receive an immediate full-time position in the company after they finish their studies. Sunway Group can also recruit from their very own educational institute, Sunway College and University. I mean, What’s better than hiring your very own tiptop batch of students?</div><div>This method will no doubt benefit Sunway Group as they are growing bigger day by day.</div>]]></description>

Sunway Group has an online recruitment on their website, but if vacancy was posted on more websites online, it allows a wider radius of interested applicants who aren’t familiar with the organization to find the job position and apply for it. Candidates may send their resumes or a self introduction video (depending on the requirement of job position) to the organization. This process allows Sunway Group to expand their search for the perfect fit. It is proven that 79% of Americans who are searching for jobs, sources them online, and in this modernized era, most job seekers will rely on the web to seek for jobs in the real world. Therefore, Sunway Group should incorporate this recruitment method to find more qualified candidates.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>           Virtual Team -: Sunway team up with mitsuifudosan which is Japan’s largest property company, in order to develop and sell sunway geo residences in sunway south quay. therefore , sunway need to have a virtual team in order for sunway to communicate with mitsuifudsan. Virtual Team are teams that will be needing to communicate and collaborate with other teams through online by using internet such as email, FAX, video call etc. <br><br>          Problem Solving Team -: When an organization is expanding, there will be a lot of problems arising. Sunway is already a large organization and they are still expanding, there won’t be a perfect organization, there are always problems that can be improve. Therefore, sunway will be needing problem solving team in order to help them with their problem, such as how are they suppose to improve their work efficiency. </div><div><br></div>]]></description>

For example, hiring workers. Sunway hires worker by viewing the candidates' resume that has been drop in the official website of Sunway page. This would be much more convenience for the team whereby the can sort out their working by themselves as well as they can schedule their work time on viewing the candidate’s resume. </div><div><br>           Task group : Task group is a group that gathers all individual together to complete a specific job task. Their existence is temporary due to when the task is complete the group disbands. Sunway needs this group because Sunway always organized events. For example, Sunway will host a medical centre open day, Sunway university open day and underprivileged children for 'buka pusa' etc. </div>]]></description>
