Despite the world being in ruin, figureheads have figured out how to potentially turn the radiation left from a nuclear war in order to in energy that can be used to power what little technology is left. This city holds a lot more comfort/connection to the 21st centure luxries but at a greater cost for mutations and defects. On the other hand, the sub-cities use versions of green energy to power old technology.
