Make sure before proceed to the next thing, check their profile and all the details are correct.
- Last 30 minutes before closing make sure all documents must send to Mrs. Rosinah(Senior clerk) and Mrs. Rosfaizah(Operating officer).

- FSA 2: 2 main conditions are Akaun 2 must be minimum 3k and eligible person must be above 40 - 54 years. As per information we get from news FSA2 is a kind of loan application. It means every month we have to pay monthly payment. Based on the interest and other information customer have to query with bank. We entitle to print the statement if customer fulfill the conditions.

- I was learned to do borrowing and withdrawal for house loan. There is 2 way which is member buy house from developer such as "Scientex and Parkland" and another is from subsale/secondhand property. Whoever buy from developer need to bring Sales and Purchase Agreement (S & P) and bank loan.
- Customer can withdraw 10% from purchasing price. Example, housing price is 300k. So can withdraw 10% * 300k = 30k. For joint withdrawal can take from both party's account 2 and make sure it never more than the needs.

- Today I was assist most member on our EPF's product which is I-Lindung. I-lindung is an insurance that don't require any agent. This product's coverage term is for 1 year and have to renew back for the following year. The amount is based on member's age. The flexible coverage amount is from RM5k and maximum is RM200k. Benefits are for death and total and permanent disability.
- After office hour, we have Aidilfitri celebration ceremony. We have a dinner together and captured some pictures.

After done the next part was close deal with EPF's product. Our officer asked her to put the specified number in the box once she reached the counter. We were able to verify that she is the one because she refused to do that.
- Everyone applauds me. It was a day I'll never forget.
