The reason that encourage me to look into this issues are:
1. Because of the slow and low acceptance of digital technologies for quick access to the necessary information among the Sokoto state Secondary schools. 
2. Because of the low academic performance in the teachers' capacity to adopt a digital lifestyle and use a variety of related technologies professionally and socially in order to strengthen and maintain students' high level of engagement during instruction. 
3. Because of Nigeria's public schools do not wholly utilise computers as a teaching tool; as a result, secondary school classroom activities still primarily rely on the traditional usage of textbooks, chalk, chalkboards, and the duster method
4.   Because learners in Nigeria, Sokoto state in particular still need to catch up with the dynamic trend of instruction around the globe.
5. Because of the lack of devices like Internet-enabled mobile computers, computer labs, Internet and e-mail facilities, wireless applications, digital libraries, digital classrooms, multimedia systems, and the creation of multimedia courseware, among others.
