Danish language expectations

It is quite surprising that for an INTERNATIONAL university programme existing for years yet there are still many information and study materials available only in Danish. If there are such expectations it would be nice to include it in the curriculum to know beforehand rather than making students feel shitty about themselves. As a good solution I would say it could be a good idea to include the danish lessons in the study programme to make it more accessible and easier. Because believe it or not, it is very hard for international students to manage our shool, work and personal life schedules. Since it is not possible for majority of us to stay in DK without student jobs and therefore SU as well.

Lectures from statics about steel construction were placed too early in the project

The lectures could have been perhaps a little later along with consultations afterwards since we did not manage to go into the steel construction itself yet. It especially did not align with the BDS subject which at the same time focused on analysis of the building or renovation of the old structures and not the new steel structure yet. I understand Bo's approach with consultations that he might not be able to answer the questions in his spare time, but some of the consultations could have been definitely more useful later in the project.

We've got several times very late notice about changes in schedule. It is understandable that sometimes there is an unexpected circumstance but if it happens so often, then it gives the feeling that we are not treated professionally which is actually always highlighted that it is expected from our side.

Teachers' attitude to questions

I think the teachers' approach to our questions is great, especially the BDS and BPM teacher. I find myself reassured and relieved, that when asking a question I actually get good advice (even sources) and helpful feedback, instead of the straight assumption of me not having made any previous effort of finding out the answer and therefore treating me like a retard, or the "you should know that" attitude. Much appreciated!
