She is located in Brazil,Peru,Colombia,Venezuela,Guyana(French),Suriname,Guyana,Bolivia and Ecuador.
The amazon forest is composed nearly 390 billion of trees and 16 000 different species, she is the largest reservoir of biodiversity in the world.

The rest is threatened by the humans. 

Causes of deforestation :

The humans consider the Amazon forest as a resource to exploit which provides pastures, wood, remedies, spaces to build houses or roads or establish farms. Cattle farming consists of the reproduction of animals of the species bos taurus that will provide meat, fat, offal, raw milk, hides, traction work, manure, fuel, by-products and maintenance of open spaces. Cattle farming accounts for 80% of total deforestation in the region and 17% of annual global deforestation. He has a big impact for the environnement because he strongly contributes to global warming. It is due to the production of methane and nitrous oxide, which are greenhouse gases, by ruminants.

According to the World Bank, 40% from Amazonia will have disappeared in 2050, according to the WWF, 55% will have disappeared from here 2030.

Projects :

-In 2008, the 1st Norwegian Minister announced of the Norwegian government will give 1 billion of dollars,intended to slow down the deforestation of the amazon rainforest.

-In 2015, the brazilian president declared that the Brazil had reduced the rate of deforestation in Amazonia of 82% and they thought to reforest 120 000 km2 and recover 150 000 km2 of deteriorated land

-In 2007, the France created an amazonian park of Guyana who form, with the Brazilian reserves, the most vast protected area of tropical forest on the world.

-In 2017, the business Rock in Rio decided, up 2023, to reforest 30 000 ha of Amazon rainforest in Brazil, by planting 73 million of trees. It is the most big project of deforestation in the world.
