In week 6 , four of our members which are SARAH HANI BINTI SHARIF ( H22A1088 ), NUR NAJIHAH BINTI MOHD NIZAM ( H22A1136 ), NUR MASITAH BINTI YAHIL ( H22B1072 ) and NUR EMELY NATASYA BINTI ISMAIL PAHMEE ( H22A1223 ) did contact the staff personally via Whatsapp before approached the owner of Zaza Skin Studio physically which is located nearby the UMK Kampus Kota. Luckily Zaza Skin Studio accepted us to take that company for our group assignment. The staff asked for three person only that can go for interview but we did four person based on our assigned task before.

In our discussion, variety of places were came out from our mind and had been listed down that we might approach later which are under hospitality and wellness industry. The company that surveyed were Edlee Fried Chicken, Secret Recipe, Dr. Stellar Medispa and Zaza Skin Studio. Unfortunately, Edlee Fried Chicken and Secret Recipe were rejected for the interview due to the company privacy and policy which were private and confidential while Dr. Stellar Medispa company just was established three months ago that causes the company cannot be choose for our group assignment. After a short discussion, all of group members agreed to choose Zaza Skin Studio as our SME.

In week 9, our group analyzed the findings from our study that we had done on Padlet before preparing an abstract and an extended poster via online ( google meet ). In addition, our group will also compile a summary detailing the results of both the before and after financial literacy teaching sessions. This financial literacy was done to find out in more detail whether the results of the two financial literacy sharing sessions that we conducted before and after this study was done were successful or not used in the company. By comparing the data before and after the session, we were also able to evaluate the effectiveness of the teaching method and learn some new knowledge from the research we have done on the financial literature that we have communicated to external parties.

The business name is known as Zaza Skin Studio. The business type for Zaza Skin Studio is a sole proprietorship. A sole proprietorship is the least complicated form of business ownership in Malaysia.

For this type of industry, it is obvious that it belongs in the health and wellness category. This is because Miss Nor Fazira has been selling products related to skin care sets and offering treatment packages in her store. Many skin care sets have been sold at Zaza skin studio, including treatment packages such as oxygenation, hydration, double chin, skin tag, waxing and lip laser.

Zaza Skin Studio has five employees and most of Zaza Skin Studio's employees are former students from the welfare stream. The staff are very nice, polite and know a lot about skin care. Miss Nor Fazira hires her employees who are in the field of wellness because they know better how to care for the skin properly and how to treat it properly. Therefore, customers are more interested in coming to this Zaza skin studio spa because of the treatments that give great satisfaction to customers.

INTERVIEW SESSION

In week 7, those members that went to the interview session with the owner of Zaza Skin Studio were brought along SME Information Sheet and SME Consent Form which were SME Information Sheet will be keep by the owner while signed SME Consent Form will be return as a prove the company agrees to participate in the financial literacy community project. She lend her ears for listening us explaining our objectives of this assignment. After a short briefing about our assignment needed, we gave her hard copy of SME Consent Form to sign as she agreed to be participated in this project and the SME Information Sheet for her to keep.

We then request Miss Nor Fazira to complete the survey on pre-financial literacy. We further guarantee her that the lecturer only will receive all of the data and that no third party will see her personal information. She received help from a few of our members to finish the survey, which took about 15 minutes.

In week 8, we examine the survey responses by Miss Nor Fazira submitted at our initial meeting. In light of the results, we selected the following five financial management-related subjects for financial literacy activities:
