Throughout the semester, there were tasks that had to be completed in a pair or a group with other students. Thanks to such activities, it was interesting to know something about your comrades, for example, about his hobbies or about his preferences.

In the Unit 1 of the textbook I learned some new words. For example, conscientious. She's very conscientious about making sure she does a job properly and to the best of her ability.
Stubborn. He's wrong, but he's too stubborn to admit it.
Prejudice. What has prejudiced you against this film?

Thanks to the task on this site, I was able to repeat the previously covered material and consolidate it. Also, there are listening tasks that help to train pronunciation of English and the formation of listening comprehension.
Moreover, there are some idioms that can be useful for colloquial speech. For example, an eager beaver, a pearl of wisdom or a confirmed bachelor.

Use of WOULD TO / USED TO

I found out what is the difference between these rules.
Would to: repeated actions and events and actions, but not situations. Repeated events took place within a short time space of time. For example. For three daus he would try calling her every hour, but he never got an answer and soon gave up.
Used to: repareted actions (regular activities) and situations. Describes a past habit. It was, but doesn't happen. For example. I never used to like to watch movies in English, but now I do.

Watching the film "Coco avant Chanel" in English.

It was the first film that I watched entirely in English with subtitles. Before that, I had not fully watched the film in English because it was very difficult to do it. But this time it was very interesting and informative.
This movie is about a biography telling about the legendary personality - designer Coco Chanel. The plot focuses on the time when she was not yet the famous trendsetter, who put on a man's suit and a little black dress on a woman, and was called Gabrielle Chanel.
In general, I recommend this movie for viewing.

The app helps you practice your skills and knowledge of the English language.
For example, practise using English tenses or other difficult rules. You can also practice new words by composing a sentence.
All in all, it is a very useful service for learning language.
