There are many things within an rugby cleat that enhance an athletes performance. The most crucial parts of a shoe are the Soles, The Cleats (Studs), The cuffs, and the texture. First off the soles. The soles allow the runner to have a comfortable base for their foot to lay on. It simulates the ground but softer, smoother, and does not have any rocks or bumps. The cleats provide exceptional grip for the shoes. They puncture softer forms of ground such as grass, mud, and sand. the small plastic studs provide a greater thrust when running, giving the runner the ability to reach greater speeds. The cuffs lock the runners foot into place making room for a secure lock. This lock gives the runner an ability to move more with their foot locked in place. The texture is one of the minimal but effective differences. The sleek and shiny design makes it easy for the runner to glide along their path. The texture also has an elegant design improving wind flow. These are some of the things that improve athletes performance.

The first obvious force acting on rugby/football cleats is gravity. Gravity is the force that keeps the cleats on the ground, pulling it to the centre of the Earth. The reason this doesn't happen is because of another force that acts on the cleats: the normal force. This force keeps the cleats from going into the Earth (Normal Force opposes gravity

The rugby/ football cleats help meet many needs. They help the wearer have better grip on the ground (the studs). The streamlined structure helps the wearer run faster (the weightlessness also helps). The fabric on the texture of the shoe are made to be waterproof. They also ensure comfort in all conditions.

People sponsor some cleats. For example, some players will support a specific type of cleat by giving them money to make the shoe or wearing only those shoes when playing. Also, some players get in partnership with a shoe making company and make their own shoes. This impacts society because other people would want to wear the king os cleats that professionals wear.

The lifespan of Nike Cleats

The average lifespan of a good quality running shoe is built to last 3 to 6 months. Most shoes are built to last 350 to 500 miles. The Nike cleats would last for a bit longer, lasting about a time period of 7 to 8 months. The hard plastic outline makes for a more durable shoe. These shoes would probably only be used for a signified sport, allowing for less damage to be done to the shoe. These shoes are durable, compact, and very sleek, and they will last for a very long time. The disposal of these shoes is quite simple, you van just throw them out. There is an estimated 20 billion pairs of shoes that end up in landfills, which is a big portion of this worlds pollution. These shoes will last for around a year and will not be directly thrown in a landfill. You can take them to the nike return programe, where you return your old equipment and they give you a small percentage off. These shoes are durable and great performing shoes.
