Henry Morton Stanley is responsible for the deaths around 10 million people because all he wanted was fame and to look good in newspapers. He didn't care if he killed his crew or normal civilians, all he cared about was not looking bad no matter the lengths he had to go to to do this. Henry was the one that wrote and signed all of the treaties with the Congolese people so that they can hand over there land and so they could also used the Congolese people for labor and money.
