         <description><![CDATA[<div>Panic Attacks are when you get super dizzy and start sweating. Your mind goes blank and you can't see right. Some symptoms you get are a fast heartbeat, a fear of dying, chest pain, a feeling of being smothered, and a fear of losing control or going crazy about something. Some kids/adults have panic attacks everyday or often. I have only had a couple mild panic attacks. Panic Attacks only happen when your thinking about your situation way too much. </div>]]></description>
