This book is really interesting because they take a six year old boy and basically turn him into one of the best soldiers ever to fight the "buggers" (the form of aliens in this book).

I read every single one of the books and I could not stop. This is also si-fi and a little bit of fantasy. It is about a girl who is chosen for her amulet and finds out about her grandfathers paths and figures she has awesome superpowers, and she is on a journey to save the world in a parallel universe called Allendia.
