  • Students will be singing and playing a collection of classical Christmas songs.
  • The opening of the concert will be sung by all of the PYP 2-5 students and ECA Choir. It is called "Sing With Us The Christmas Story" and has narrations inbetween the songs from the Bible.
  • Followed by each grade level performing
    1.  1 piece on barred instruments and
    2.  A song
  •    The finale will be "The 12 Days of Pune" sung by all students. (traditional "12 Days of Christmas") 
  • Please have your students put their creative ideas on the board outside the PYP music room.  Suggestions need to be obvious connections to "Life in Pune". The board is closed this Friday.

    • Students have word sheets in their music folders
  •  For each  music class the TA should bring the I-pad and take videos and photos of that class.  Then upload them to the same team drive under Photos and Videos https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/0AJDoF5SJYMfaUk9PVA
  • Children's art for court decorations - Charmaine will do some decorations in visual art (not all) - can allocate craft to each grade level and start in VA class and send back to class
  • PYP3 students acting out the story as it is sung - need simple costumes and will look for a manger
  • Help putting up decorations on 6th December (Wednesday) from 2 - 4 pm in the basketball court - all teachers can help
  • ELA - extra support for words to songs
  • Every minute counts in music class so please support your students to  be punctual to their music classes (no matter what). 
  • Edna will create A3 size print out of words
  • Dress: wear red, green, white, gold, silver - Christmas colors; no non-Christmas slogans on T-shirts
